These egg-free chocolate chip cookies are just as good (if not better) than the traditional chocolate chip cookies that require eggs. They’re just as easy to make and they taste delicious! This recipe also uses half the sugar of a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe.
These cookies also use half the sugar as the regular cookies. If you want the cookies to be sweeter just add 3/4 more sugar.

Delicious egg-free and low sugar chocolate chip cookies that taste just as good (if not better) than traditional chocolate chip cookie recipes.
Ingredients:
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 cups natural unrefined sugar (we use Zulka) (This recipe uses half the amount of sugar. If you want your cookies sweeter you can add up to another 3/4 cup sugar.)
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks) (softened at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 package chocolate chips (1 package is about 2 cups or 11-12 oz)
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- In a large bowl mix together 2 1/4 cups flour and 2 teaspoons baking soda. Set aside.
- In your mixing bowl add 3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup of room temperature butter (2 sticks), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix well.
- Start adding the dry ingredients to the mixer until everything is well mixed.
- Remove the mixing bowl from the mixer and stir in 1 package (about 2 cups or 11-12 oz) of chocolate chips. mix them in well.
- Form the cookie dough into 1-2 inch balls and place evenly on a cookie sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool for a couple of minutes then transfer them to a cooling rack. Once the cookies are cool, enjoy!
